The Three Affiliated Tribes will now enforce a mask mandate to all buildings and businesses on the reservation. Chairman Mark Fox stated that this mandate will come with penalties.

The first warning will be $50 with the second at $100. The penalty grows larger with each time a building or business is cited. Fox added that if businesses do not want to cooperate with compliance checks, they will be fined $500 a day until they comply, or lose their business license.
